Maverick and DHL - Smrtr
Smrtr is a digital transformation project aimed at improving work culture and services to propel DHL into being the best company in the world to work for. My role in Smrtr was (as one of 3 designers in the creative team) to create the Smrtr app and take it into maturity which is the first step in the Smrtr transformation platform.
DHL has two main user groups, their white collar and blue collar workers which have to be equally catered for through Smrtr. Additional design consideration for languages and loading times had to also be taken into account due to the global nature of DHL.
